Anemic offense ruins a decent D

performance. So after the break, do we take a better look at Jaren Hall? is the Dobbs thing worth riding through the rest of the season? Frankly Id love to see Hall play. whats there to lose at this point? why not see what hes got? He looked good on hos only drive before being concussed. He probably has better timing with JJ when he returns after the break.

We have enough of a sample size to see Dobbs isn't the answer. I would like to see what Hall has but I doubt they will play him until they get knocked out of the playoffs. Too bad Cousins got hurt.

My understanding is that Mullens is the back up with Hall behind him.

My fear is that switch to Mullens to try and keep the playoff dream alive and we never see what we really have in Hall til (maybe) next year.

I said when Dobbs got here he was a turnover machine and the popup performance was just that.  Guy is what he is after 7 years in the league.  I get why fans got fooled, the want to believe outweighs reality.

But I don't get why this alleged "coach of the year" believes, or why he called maybe the shittiest game in Viking history tonight.  Just totally misusing Dobbs and trying to turn him into a pocket statue, and turtling at the end and playing it safe aka playing to lose.  Shit, we got eight years of that failed approach with Zimmer, how many do we get with this guy?!

KOC: ""We're going to take a look and really evaluate the inventory of plays we have of Josh," O'Connell said. "We got healthy. We got Jaren back available to us, and then
Nick Mullens is available as well."

Might be nothing but I thought it was interesting that Hall's name came to mind first.

Decent D until the last drive when they look like the Donatell Defense! 2 games in a row now.

Same, Mullins/Dobbs are not the future but we don't know anything about Hall.  I want to go into the offseason with a clear draft plan and a clear QB progression plan.
