Good read. I'm liking this starting corner group of Murphy, Evans and Blackmon. But we can't have any injuries. Because right now I think there's a big drop from those three to the likes of Joejuan and Booth. There shouldn't be since both were 2nd round picks, but there is. 

He could've left out the Goo Goo Dolls part.

Good article.  He makes a good point about Flores having an ideal situation to transform the D.  After last year, getting the players to buy in should be a very easy sell.  The players have some pride and they looked awful last year. 

 The recall that they had from spring, that definitely helped a lot of the players this summer. It’s one thing to get the information, memorize it and do exactly what’s on the page, but it’s another thing to have an understanding of why we’re doing what we’re doing.”

Sounds like he has a good start on that buy in.

I also trust Flores to get guys in there he trusts and works best in his scheme. Don't care who that might be, but lets get it. O having a hard time with the D in practice.....a good sign.
