You cite two very minor and inconsequential areas where Trump made stupid statements. Even if I agree with you that he sticks his foot in his mouth far too often, it's pennies on the dollar to the out and out incompetence we're witnessing today.
He was also undermined his entire term in office in an effort to ruin him. It would be impossible for him to succeed without fighting back. His choice of words in doing so is sometimes off-mark. His evaluation of what's occurring is spot on. So, it's fine if you want to use pure demagogue in your description of Trump, but it doesn't do your argument any favors. Who could succeed when the entire apparatus of govt. tried to undermine him with lies for his entire tenure. Think about the hurdles that he and I fear every conservative for now on face.
