Best Viking Uni's..

I see the Cardinals unveiled new threads today and it is the season around draft time where teams will typically reveal new uniforms. Two questions;

1. Do you like the current uniforms?

2. What do you consider the best uniforms in team history?

I'm lukewarm on the current unis. To me the throwbacks will always be the best in team history and I wish they'd go back to wearing them full time

Agree a million percent, nothing close to the throwbacks, wish they would go back to them. Not a fan of the color purple of current jerseys especially purple on the helmet, also don't like the weird stripe on the sleeves.  Worst uniforms by far were the ones with white down the sides that looked like girl softball jerseys.

Put me down for the throwbacks. I always ask my buddy who works for the Vikings why they never do this and he can never give me a concrete answer. That 70s/80s look was the best in the game.

70’s purple uni’s - that Dark Purple was awesome
80’s whites - still the best away uni the Vikings ever had

wasnt a fan of the “Adrian Peterson” style with the white chevron on the shoulder

I like our present uni’s other than the  “one number looks like a sail” bullshit

For me:

70's and that shade of purple were the best, I liked that helmet horn best too
i like the 80's as well
I like the mid 2000's  about when Favre was here

I am a big fan of the current version, the throw backs, while I liked them, look old, and antiquated.  Least favorite was the mid 2000s Favre, Peterson version...  never really liked it.

The white uniforms were the best.  The purple/gold stripes on the pant and shoulders with the purple helmets...nothing comes close to that look.

Yeah current ones are good.  Much better than the recent past, but the dark purple was the best.

Definitely prefer the dark purple of years past. This current matte purple looks more like lilac to me. I also much prefer a shiny helmet, don’t like that matte look at all.

Ive always wanted to see a silver helmet the resembles a real Viking helmet. Maybe a little fur on the shoulder pads ... lol
