I would have been more surprised if he showed.

I can understand his thought that he is grossly under paid,  but would somebody remind him that he has gotten paid a lot of money that he did not earn in the past few years and that he needs to take that into consideration?  He is a hell of an athlete,  but for fucks sake,  can we just have a couple multi millionaires that are willing to play for what they are owed and for the love of the game?  I dont know how you can have veteran players that are willing to take pay cuts to get the team under the cap,  and then have others that have missed as much time as Hunter has and be playing the contract game,  and not have hard feelings in the locker room.

How many times do we have to redo his deal to make him happy?  Danielle...  quit putting your signature on the dotted line if you're going to complain about it a year later.

I have this feeling he's going to be traded on Draft day.

Same. His contract should be about 4 times what it is.

I'm in the minority but Vikings need to purge salaries, and players. Get salary cap under control and players that fit the scheme. With Cousins last year as a Viking they aint going to any superbowls

I think I'd be surprised if any vet showed.  At some point you get old enough/good enough to not have to put your body through voluntary camps unless you're trying to show leadership.  He is underpaid compared to the market assuming he is considered healthy and not an injury risk, but it is the contract he agreed to.  I think if anything, I think Hunters contract and injuries, show the downsides of paying a single player too much.  He was so integral to our success, and when he got injured and we couldn't afford adequate backups, it really tanked our seasons.
