The Jets meeting with Rodgers
#31
I just don't see Jordan Love being anything close to Brett Favre or Aaron Rodgers. But that's the narrative that the media is starting to build. Doesn't mean its accurate. At least they had a plan, drafted Love, and if they trade Rodgers, they've got a guy. For better or worse. Minnesota needs to get a replacement for Cousins.

Mr Arrogant is once again showing everyone what an ass he is. Now holding two teams hostage as FA starts.

I suspect this is going to get resolved soon, at least based on what I read from him in the media:

Speaking to former Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall on the ‘I AM ATHLETE’ podcast, the 39-year-old was quizzed on his future and whether it was away from the Green Bay Packers. Rodgers said: “Stay tuned … I think it won’t be long. There’s a time limit for all this."
The veteran was also asked about his meeting with Jets owner Woody Johnson, having been given permission by the Packers to speak to the New York team.
Rodgers kept his cards close to his chest and responded: “It’s always interesting meeting important figures in the sport – yeah it’s always interesting. That’s all I’m giving you."

What the hell is a Dov Kleiman?

No offense 1Vf, but I gotta see Rapport, Pellisaro or Demovsky reporting this one...

No offense taken. I was basing this more on the fact that it came from Trey Wingo. But it appears that it was premature regardless where it originated

If the Jets want to be run by Aaron Rodgers, so be it. Good luck to them.
