Glad the Vikings lost to the Giants...why?

I’m never glad for a loss. It would have sucked to get blown out by the Niners, but…

i enjoyed the Eagles shilacing of the Giants after the media wanted them to beat us.

PS: I enjoyed the Bengals beating Buffalo and upsetting their predictions too

I can't say I was sad after the loss because it's pretty much exactly what I was expecting. Were the unexpected and heroic wins fun as heck? For sure, but in no way did this season feel like a sustainable trend. Winning despite glaring deficiencies just seemed to be delaying the inevitable. All of the postgame speeches from KOC seemed like an Amway sales pitch, but what was he supposed to say? He was probably as surprised as anybody.

Reality is coming to this franchise when they have to make some real decisions on vets.

It's weird... I have nothing personal against the Bills but I am so sick of the media (started by Chris Berman) giving them verbal blow jobs for the last 30 years even though they were totally irrelevant for 20+ of them that every time they get to the playoffs I want them to die in flames just to watch the talking hairdos disappointment.  On the postgame show today Cowher started blathering about how Buffalo and their fans were just such wonderful. good, resilient people destined for sainthood that I wanted to punch him through my TV screen.

This happens constantly with the media. They hammer the living piss out of everything so much, that you end up hating good things. The hyperbole is so utterly ridiculous. And Tony Romo is horrible on color play by play now, he's been exposed. He says that Josh Allen 'threw a perfect pass, just a bit wide'. lmao. What? The fluffing that goes on just takes me out of the action. The crew on CBS doing pregame and postgame are so f-ing old its stupid. Nate Burleson is the only one I can halfway tolerate.

Well I predicted the loss to the Giants so I wasn't surprised but a playoff loss is always disappointing - I'd have been happy to be wrong.

Its pretty clear the best 4 teams are the ones playing next weekend.   The lucky squads got sent packing this year.

Yep, agreed. Dallas had a nice opportunity with the 49ers keeping the playbook pretty generic for Purdy, but they got the full Dak experience. Prescott is so overrated....and he's a choker.

I'd always rather win more games than lose to a lesser team to avoid losing to a better team.  Every team but one is going to lose to end the season, and I'd rather be closer to the SB when it happens, because maybe you get that lucky bounce.

Imagine all the sloppy slo-mo teary Damar video packages that are going to go to waste. The pre-game show suddenly has a 45 min. hole to fill. A lot $^%#$#^ coming out of Fox Sports producers when the Bills lost.
