You can start lol, but why would he move on from SF, not to mention thats a lateral move and the 9ers could block it.

I would think maybe a DeMeco disciple. Maybe his DB coach, whoever that may be.

If Ejiro Evero is not retained by Denver's new coach, he should be at the top of the list. He worked with KOC in L.A. so there is a relationship there. He's been exposed to every defensive scheme during his coaching career so that would give us flexibility to craft something that fits the personnel we have.

Jim Schwartz has had great success as a Senior Defensive assistant with the Titans. He would also be a good catch with his prior Head Coaching and Coordinator experience.

I also like Jim Leonhard after Luke Fickell was hired at Wisconsin and they decided not to retain him. He is definitely on a lot of NFL Team's radar and would be a nice catch.

Sean Desai the Associate Head Coach of the Seahawks is another name to watch.

I'm intrigued with Evero. Even after they traded Bradley Chub, their best pass rusher, to Miami their defense still performed at a high level.

Schwartz was just signed by the Browns. Jim Leonhard really seems like a college coach. Not sure he wants the NFL.
