I think we'll be just fine staying warm inside the USB Ionosphere :p

Maybe I'll be fired up by game time - and I really should be by now tbh. The NYG dont fire me up that much, even though I know they are very capable of winning today.

I'm trying not to look ahead and just enjoy today.

Rex Ryan just on NFL Countdown predicting a Giants "beatdown" today citing the Vikings offensive line issues and the Giants exploiting those matchups. Says Thibedeaux is going to be a handful whoever we have at RT, Leonard Williams will kill our RG (Ingram) who "cant pass block", and Dexter Lawrence will maul our undersized center (Bradbury) and get up in Cousins face. Thinks Giants will dominate and bases that on his 30+ of defensive coaching experience.

Also said Hockenson "can't block" and you know he's going to be releasing on a route and the Giant's coaching staff got exactly the matchup they wanted in the Vikings

Rex's predictions are something I have been thinking about all week. Hope KOC has come up with a plan to deal with this.

Legit concerns. Udoh has played well, but he's going to have to move his feet much faster to manage Thibodeaux. However, i like that matchup in the run game. Will Bradbury be rusty after missing 5 weeks? Very possible. Ingram is a lot better now than he was 10 weeks ago, but still gets beaten quite a bit. There will be breakdowns. Count on it. But there will also be times when Cousins has enough time to throw to receivers who very clearly outmatch the Giants secondary. So we'll see...

At the end of the day, it is what it is. It's what we've dealt with all year. Like Brandel coming in and playing well for Darrisaw, I expect Udoh to hold his own. I'm not particularly worried about our offense. They'll have breakdowns, but they'll move the ball too. It's the defense that scares the shit outta me.
