Lol!

How do you really feel Supa?!

fans have been howling about this D all year and yah, the draft did them little good this year.

I will say this, I have a greater appreciation for Dirty Harry today, now that he was out of the line-up.
The few things I was highly critical of heading into the season was Kwesi, his drafting, and the hiring of Donnatell/going to a 3-4 defense. All of them have been huge contributing factors in every loss and the reason nobody really considers us to be true contenders despite our record. It's the reasons the losing record Lions were favored today. Kwesi needs to get his shit together, Donnatell should be fired, and we should go back to an attacking 4-3 defense with an upper echelon defensive line. I mean we almost gave up 500 yards today to Jared Goff. It's extremely difficult to watch this defense, even in our wins.

Admittedly haven't seen much of the game, but what I have seen, the Vikes D needs to practice tackling and incorporate something other than a loose zone.
fans have been preaching from that hymnal all season...Wink

FYI:  You sing from the hymnal and preach from the Bible.  Wink KOC needs to listen to his fans. We  obviously can see the game better. Please read the sarcasm in all this.

Lions were 4/1 heading into today and on a roll...

Vikings aren't elite, but 10/3 (and a probable 12/5 regular season record) is remarkable for year 1, it should be celebrated. I think they can win a post-season game as well.

I'm not completely on-board going back to a 4/3 tbh, I think a 3/4 (with the right personnel) is better suited schematically to handle the rules and the way the game is played today.

I would not be sad to see the DC go after this year. They clearly need some upgrades at all 3 levels of the D and better fits too.

KOC didnt call his best game and they really did miss Darrisaw, Bradbury and Smith today. Time to reload and win this division vs Colts in a short week.

Vikings defense gave up more than 400 yards for the fifth game in a row. Jared Goff was 27 of 39 for 330 yards and three touchdowns.

Lot of good 4-3 defenses still out there (49ers, Bengals, Bills, Eagles, Dallas, etc) and we have minimized the impact of our two best players (Hunter and Kendricks) because the scheme is not suited to their skill sets. First order of business this offseason should be running Donnatells ass out of town. He's never been good anywhere and wrongly was given way too much credit last season for a Denver defense run by Fangio. Donnatell is the Brad Childress of defensive coordinators. I said it when he was hired and the dude has been terrible

On the road in division and DET is good so it is what it is but that said:
Our defense STINKS!
Not sure where the answers will come from until next year (hopefully). Sigh. Beat Indy.

Its not good, thats for sure and it will be the reason they lose in the post-season at some point.

KAM/KOC have to be painfully aware of this. Not sure if Donnatell will be given another year or not?

Like I posted earlier, this is the 5th game in a row an offense has rolled-up 400+ yards on em. Goff threw for 3 td's on em too.

Clearly they were missing Harry, but there is more than that that is wrong with that side of the ball.

They could hire me to play defensive back. That might help. I'm slow, can play loose zone and come up and probably miss a tackle or two or three or... okay, that's just more of the same. Maybe I can't help.
