I thought Chisena was the fastest.  I think he is 4.32.  Kene is also 4.32.

ISM is 4.43.  Same Albert Wilson.  Same JJ.

Nailor has game speed, and will get open. Also has good hands. As a Michigan fan I watched him bail out a slew of horrible MSU QB's during his career in East Lansing. Fastest guy on the team...That's bullshit.
