I mean, that's definitely not the reason he fell to 18, but yes, Randy did like to smoke pot. 

Over the last decade or so I would say the picks that gave me the biggest reaction were: Justin Jefferson, Dalvin Cook, and Diggs for good reactions. Ponder, Gerhart, and Surratt for bad reactions

I was pretty damn happy when AP fell to the Vikings too.

Yah, Moss fell to 21 for more character flaws than enjoying some weed. He was a handful.
