QB Caleb Williams is almost a mortal lock success for the NFL

Pretty unreal. There's him and then the rest are at least a step lower. Teams are going to tank for him and whichever teams gets it will NOT relinquish the pick.

I think so too. Rams, Cards, Bucs. I think it's one of those teams.

He is definitely the closest thing to Mahomes that we have seen, seems like he is very grounded and a good kid.  Agree, no one is going to trade that pick regardless of their QB situation, would be worth tanking for.

The Cards are not only tanking, they have Houston's 1st as well.  Imagine if they get Williams and Marvin Harrison jr. in the same draft.

That's almost not fair. Getting the best QB/WR prospects in some time would be downright scary.

Definitely gives them a window,  but they still need to build a team around them.

You're right. I also wonder if Gannon will be one of those one and done coaches if this scenario came to fruition. Lots of guys would line up to get a chance to coach both of those guys in the pros.

No one is a mortal lock.  Maybe he's 99% or something, don't know.  I haven't looked at the next batch of draftable QBs yet myself.

Did you recently refer to our rookie QB as Jaren Hall "of famer"?   =)

Sorry I mislaid the Fonzi waterski pic...next time. Wink
