I would not use a first round pick on the 6th or 7th best DE in the draft.
The EDGE class is so deep this year than the 8-10th guys could be in the conversation.
Players worthy of taking at 12:
DE: Hutchinson, Thibodeaux, Karlaftis (I don't really want him), Walker, Ojabo, and Johnson.
DT: Davis.
CB: Gardner and Stingley.  I like McDuffie but he's a huge risk with really short arms.
S: Hamilton.

After that I'm looking at Kenyon Green or some WRs.

It's nice to say we trade back, but that is not really in our control.
you can likely always trade back,  you just not may get what you think you deserve for your efforts.  you really have to be flexible in your ask and be willing to do a lot of your work late day 3.

Best Edge/End draft in my memory. It’s truly an incredible group. There are also a few defensive tackles right up there.
Personally, I’d be trying to get as many picks I can in the top two rounds. There are a lot of good (and super fast) players available this year. For me, it would be a year for moving up, not down.
Would much rather have 3 players between 20 and 60, or 4 between 20 and 99 than 2 between 8 and 46.  Not sure if we can find a trade partner but it would be huge to move down and add a pick or two.
