Would be great to see some excitement and positivity from the HC during the game. Kirk has to be smiling about this, things are going to get much better for him from a communications and day to day aspect. Long overdue to open the windows and change the air at Vikings corporate headquarters.

Honestly the Cousins aspect is a primary driver to me for the change.  Zimmer obviously had no idea on how to coach a modern say offense and his finger prints ion the design and execution were not QB friendly,  and a more relaxed culture should fit Kirk better as long as it doesn't lead to a lackadaisical approach by other players which IMO would make kirks head explode.  He is wound pretty tight and would benefit, if those he answers to,  were not so rigid.
