Interesting. Probs our 3 most talented young coaches leaving in the last 2 days for lateral or demotion. Hard to blame them, waiting for the new head guy could result in a lost year. 

This is a disadvantage i guess having our new HC in the super bowl( really?) while other teams hire.

Or they may have some insight what the new HC will be doing with his staff.  I am sure there is communication what each coach is bringing as far as personnel roles.
