#21
So, did he accept? Hope he doesn’t prefer Jacksonville…  Wink

So....I guess the “Michigan Alum” Jim Stapleton who is part of the Vikings ownership group gets to keep Harbaugh with Michigan.

CONGRATS....

You get to keep your coach in Michigan, because you intimidated the Wilf’s....and the Vikings get a “thirty something” OC who looks good in board shorts to fix our shitty defense, cutting his teeth in the NFL.

We had a chance to get a “proven winner” in the NFL, and we go with Doogie Howser.

I am thrilled Harbaugh is out.

First big decision by Kwesi and I like it.  I wanted a guy from the Offensive side of the ball.

I am so happy!!!!! For me, it was either O’Connell or Ryans. This is awesome news!!!
I am right with you!  They were my two favorites and the thought of seeing Harbaugh in purple was nauseating  to me.  I just cracked open a cold one to celebrate!

If this is true, wow. The Vikings are either much smarter or much dumber than I thought they were. Please be the former.

Not official until after the Super Bowl, but they told Graham and Morris they were out.

Let the era of KOC begin.

Long may he reign.

Harbaugh definitely had me intrigued, but I am Happy about this. OC is the guy I wanted once the names started coming out. Feels like we might have got the next great young coach. My fandom has been refreshed!
Me too!

As much as I could buy into the rationale for a more tenured HC to pair with KAM, I'm super jazzed about a Kwesi/OC partnership.

Bright, young minds out in Eagan.

The #Vikings met with Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh for 9 hours today, but the team didn’t make an offer, per source.

So Harbaugh returns to Ann Arbor and Kevin O’Connell — soon — is expected to head to Minnesota.
