Love Tony Dungy!
Not sure he’s a GM kind of guy, but would love him in the organization. He’s going to be 67 years old this year, so I’m not sure how interested he’d be in starting something new, or if he might not be too old school.

Yes I get that also, but it would have to be an organization decision the Wilfs sign off on. So the right candidate should be the right candidate, regardless of race. With that said there are a lot of very good African American candidates. David Shaw is my top guy as a matter of fact.
