What about Harbaugh?
#1
Initially I laughed it off, but rumors are he could leave Michigan for the NFL.

SF went from 6-10 to 3 straight NFC championship games with Harbaugh and Kaepernick.  I think Cousins, Cook and JJ offer more firepower.

Thoughts?

Wow, NO?  Are you serious?  Harbaugh is a proven commodity and exciting as a HC.  He built monster teams in SF in short order, 3 straight NFC Championships.

I'll take Harbaugh in a heartbeat.  He could turn this around quickly, including making the most of the Cousins contract

Plus.... I don't think he ever lost against the Packers (they played four times) so there is that Smile

I like Harbaugh and wanted him to be our coach as far back as when he was coaching in San Diego, before Stanford and San Francisco. He's eccentric but just look at his record everywhere he's been. He's a winner and has proven that in both the college ranks and the pro's. With that said if we go the college route give me David Shaw. I've been banging that drum for a long time and think he would be an excellent head coach at the pro level.

Plus it looks like he would have the opportunity to bring Vic Fangio in to run the defense.

Harbaugh, Fangio, 1st round pick "Sauce", draft a DE second round and find a NFL average center and RG in FA, let the re-tooling begin
