Who are the good GM candidates?
#1
Who are your favorite to take over if we let Rick walk?

The two I heard of so far are Ed Doods, Assistang GM of the Colts and Joe Horitz, Director of college scouting for the Ravens.

I don't know how he's thought of in NFL circles, but Luis Riddick would be worth interviewing.

Im thinking Rick is the safest to keep his job, but I would rather see him go first, let Kook and Zim have 1 last year to pull a rabbit out, then clean sweep it.

Ultimately depends on the FO structure. If Spielman stays in an advisory role (very possible) they could go with more of an up and coming candidate. If Spielman is out the door the guy you want is Ed Dodds from Indianapolis, he a scouting protege. He's the brains behind identifying Darius Leonard, Blackmon, Johnathan Taylor, etc.

Do you think the job is attractive enough for him to take? He said no to the Panthers last year.
