Every week a new and exciting way to lose. But all those ways have one thing in common. It's not like we're getting beaten by better teams who outplay us. We're getting beaten by breakdowns, mistakes, lack of focus or mental toughness. Call it whatever you want, but it's one thing. And that's on the coach. 

It absolutely falls on the coach, but to some degree it falls on the team leaders too. Whoever they are. 

Coaches don't necessarily pick team leaders,  but they have a heavy influence on who is running their loclerrooms,  what type of personalities get their voices and what type get silenced or shown the door.  I think this team plays to uptight and that is a direct result of the types of players that are brought in and retained.  Might explain why a guy like BRob was shown the door and others at the same point in their careers are retained??  

That IMO is coaches and front office.
