He needs to be done. It's pretty obvious that he isn't improving as a HC and anything beyond this game will only further screw over the next regime. Call the season what it is, another failure, and play for draft position.

The game planning especially (on offense) was terrible
The players weren't into it
1 first down?! Maybe 2
Kubiak sucked tonight
Terrible clock management
Smith is done and they really have no dominating players on D anymore

I kept thinking to myself how this Vikings team is playing small-ball and are so predictable and boring on top of it

This could get even uglier looking at the remaining games.
