Wasn't the original sentence 22 years in a Minnesota prison?  Was this a plea bargain, given a potential earlier release from a Minnesota prison versus a Federal prison?  I believe I read that in USA today... online or one of the national papers anyway...

I'm still waiting for more information about his time as a coworker of Floyd's, because I think that may have played a part in the murder.

I think there's a lot of info on a lot of subjects that have taken front page the last 20 years thats been redacted to protect more than the known parties in many stories.   

They still think we can't handle the truth.  And maybe they are right,  but it can't be worse than the 24 -7 spin cycle of half truths and fake news all wrapped up in the new conspiracy theory or manufactured scandal of the week.
