Lions Won't Be Kicking Or Punting

Lions' initial 53 includes no kickers.

Teams have done this before, but it's a smart way to "steal" a roster spot for now, sign a K later and can maybe sneak a player to the P squad (after teams have made a slew of other moves)

Jaylon Johnson, Duke Shelley, Kindle Vildor, Xavier Crawford

The rookie kicker out of East Carolina, Jake Verity, was cut by the Ravens after a solid preseason.  They have Justin Tucker so he didn't really stand a chance.  He would be a great pick up especially for the PS.
