Yep, and I was higher on Mac than most. However, it's a little early for woulda, shoulda, coulda. Here are a few other QBs who started week one:

Mark Sanchez (1st round)
Robert Griffin III (1st round)
Brandon Weeden (1st round)
EJ Manual (1st round)
Geno Smith (2nd round)
Jameis Winston (1st overall)
Marcus Mariota (1st round)

Hmm, maybe just correlation, but possible causation. That list is pretty solid suckage.
