yes,  yes it does indeed, not so much before team comes out,  but before the kickoff.  when the team comes out its usually a bunch of rev you up noises with fire and explosions... well at least until a future darwin award winner in (charlotte or nashville) screwed the pooch and ruined it for everybody.  that dragon blowing fire that we used to have was fucking awesome.  you could feel the heat wave from that thing 70 yards away.
