The #Vikings are bringing in renowned epidemiologist and infectious disease expert Dr. Michael Osterholm to speak to the team today, I'm told. Minnesota’s vaccination rate among players has lagged behind other NFL teams and coach Mike Zimmer has been vocal about his frustration.


Maybe bring in Marshawn to translate too. Don't fuck up the season on something easily avoidable.

Can't teach stupid, these guys won't listen and do not have the level of intelligence to understand what he will be saying.  Better off bringing in a hypnotist.  Painfully obvious this team is going nowhere this year, I would just start cutting these guys and play the guys who are more interested in winning and the team.

Adds to the list of other medical experts, a videoconference with the NFL's Dr. Allen Sills, former players from Alan Page to John Randle, that the Vikings have hosted this offseason to get players vaccinated. Some prominent players are staunchly against, as Zimmer has said.

I know this is meant to be funny, and I think it is. I also know that the vaccs/unvaccs topic instantly causes people to quit listening to each other and have a reasonable discussion. Also, I'm vaccinated. BUT there are some major questions presented in this rendition that the vacs crew refuses to reasonably answer.

Funny how some people can accept a religion based on faith but are unable to accept a vaccine based on science.
