he gets tested daily,  he tested negative on monday,  the event above was monday night, his tuesday test came back positive despite having no symptoms.  nothing negligent here, just a matter of timing.

Abbot had minor flu symptoms (credit can be given to the original vaccine) then went full bish and received the Regeneron monoclonal antibody treatment AND a 3rd vaccine shot.

“I have no fever, no aches and pains, no other types of symptoms,” the Republican governor said.  direct quote from the man himself, the article also mentions him as being asymptomatic.
