I'm vaccinated. Have been for awhile, however, the CDC has been very stupid in its messaging evidenced by contradictory advice including that of Fauci (even hypocritical with him) and therefore, the CDC allowed politics (both sides) to frame the arguments and the misinformation to run wild.
The stupid they can't cure is bureaucratic.

PA says 3 players he knows wont ever get the shot “will quit if they are forced to”

So how does this play out?  retirements?  cut?  Lawsuits?

toradol? hgh? a profession with a high probablity of CTE?  sign them up.

A vaccine in the time of a global pandemic, nahhh

fucking lovely
I imagine it looks something like "I'm here to work.  I have not and will not get the vaccine.  If you want to cut me or pay me to stay home rather than help the team, I'll do that."  I'd imagine if the Vikings/NFL tries to not fulfill the contracts they've signed, there'd be a lawsuit.  I can't imagine they would actually "quit" or retire because they'd be leaving money on the table then.

Does Mike Zimmer worry that the locker room might split with leaders on the team who are unvaccinated?

“If some leaders miss games and we lose those games, that might,” Zimmer said.
Great job coach.  Way to bully your way through the crisis in leadership.

Well, if Kirk doesn't want to get vaccinated...  this just further cements my opinion the Vikings need to move on from the selfish, mercenary, stat-whore, no leadership, Nickelodeon dad.

Hopefully Kellen Mond is the real deal so we can get a few years on a cheap rookie contract with this young core we put together.
We're educated adults. We should be able to separate the two issues.

I don't think it will, but IF this continues...if he still selfishly refuses to get vaccinated and this haunts us all season long, forcing this championship-caliber roster and its long-suffering fanbase to sit on pins and needles awaiting covid test results for every game down the stretch and into the playoffs, we should not only move on from him, but he should never play in the NFL again.

Colin Kaepernick was shunned by the NFL after peacefully protesting police brutality. He took a goddam knee. He never once put anyone at risk. He never once put his team at risk. Right now Cousins is showing everyone just how much he cares about his team and its fans.
He "disrespected the flag" and wore pig socks to shun the police... terrible crimes
his biggest crime in the NFL was that he sucked.

Sucked all the way to several NFL records, two straight NFC championship games, and three of the highest QB ratings on the 49ers in the last 20 years. But you're right, he was awful.

Why bother with a reply? They've been rolling with alternative facts since 2016 and there is no stopping them.

The #1 teammate in Kirk's life is Jesus.

A mythical most likely black man who's teachings and belief system would actually promote everyone to get the vaccine (love your neighbor as yourself, sacrifice for the greater good).

Come on Kirk, be the Good Samaritan your homeboy Jesus was.
Ask Kirk or his dad about Jesus being black  I'd love to see the reaction to that Wink

boy, that sure owned this conversation.

He was good, always beat the packers.  But like most athletic QBs that fail, once it is exposed that they can't read a defense, they trend down fast.  So much easier to throw the ball 40 yards for a completion than to run for it.  Throw accurately I might add.

So yes, he did lead his team to 2 NFCCGs.  But he had probably 3 good years and then couldn't get past that "athletic QB with a big arm".

Yet there are QBs in the league signed repeatedly left and right who never at any point were near as good as CK. Its only CK who got so bad and need a special measurement scale. All other mediocre QBs who have always been mediocre at best are better and worth signing (or atleast invited for tryouts repeatedly) because you know "they can read a defense" and are "not relying on athleticism".
Anyway, who cares for logic when biased rehashed talking points would do.
