Today's practice will be the first full-pads session by
the full team of 2021.


It will be simulcast, beginning at 2:15 p.m. (CT) with a
livestream on Vikings digital and social platforms (YouTube, Facebook
and Twitter), the Vikings mobile and Vikings Now Connected TV apps, as
well as broadcast on FOX 9, KFAN 100.3-FM and the Vikings Radio
Network. This will be your chance to watch the team remotely.

Zimmer said Wyatt Davis missed Saturday’s practice because of an injury. “He’s a lot better” today, per Zimmer, but it’s unclear whether he’ll be back during the first day of pads.

Vikings also won’t be in pads today, because of the new league rule that requires the first padded practice to be 48 hours after the first day off. They’ll be in pads tomorrow.

#Vikings QB Jake Browning said he’s heard his whole career that he doesn’t have a strong arm, so he spent the offseason learning how to become a “rotational athlete” by working on getting more hip and should disassociation, creating more torque on his throws

Jake Browning was a 4-star recruit. He started all 4 years at Washingt and won 39 starts, the most ever by a Pac-12 QB. Going undrafted/being on Minnesota's practice squad the last 2 years was a different experience for someone used to playing a ton.

"be upset that I went undrafted and make a lot of excuses - ‘oh, people don’t value this.’ Everybody always has some different excuses for why they went undrafted and I think for me, I had confidence in my ability but I definitely needed to make some pretty major improvements on
