Still don't get the Cousins hate....
#61

Still blows my mind that in a league with the Chiefs, Ravens, Titans and others, it was Kirk Cousins and the Vikings that led the league last year in explosive play rate (percentage of passes going 15+ yards and runs going 10+ yards).

Vikings might be pretty damn loaded on O now with that promising OL...

The pieces are in place. Just a matter of how quickly they can get up to speed and start gelling as a unit.

I've seen enough of Bradbury, Cleveland and O'Neill to feel pretty good about them continuing to improve and become at least capable NFL linemen. But the the range of outcomes for Darrisaw and Davis are still very much unknown. Be huge for this team if those two draft picks end up as hits.

Though I think the jury is still out on Bradbury a bit, this is what gives me a fair amount of hope for this year.
Even a special QB like Mahomes struggled when he lost his protection. I look forward to seeing what Cousins can do if he gets better protection.
Now if the defense can hold up it's end of the bargain, they could contend.

Its not even original, just unfunny by BearNation. I think they feel they are going to the Superbowl this year because they drafted Fields.
