There's never been any mention of any video or any witness. The victim did get in a car with a group of strangers, but it's not clear whether they were even there when the assault took place.
Unless something that has not been reported comes out, the only evidence anything at all happened was the testimony of the victim herself, along with bruises on her body found by the police.
Considering that, and the fact that Gladney would likely have a very good attorney, i would say jail time is unlikely. JMO. Doesn't mean he won't be suspended. Also doesn't mean he remains a Minnesota Viking.

I'm just going from memory, I thought when this first broke the media was reporting that there were witnesses and cell phone video. I may be wrong. I would be very happy to be wrong....if for no other reason than to know that a young man didn't do the shit he was accused of.
