Why is Jimmy allowed to insult others?

But he is threatening to ban me for responding to him with his same tone he uses towards me.  Apparently he can insult me but I get in trouble for replying.


You PM me threatening me like I'm the one with issues yet you're the weirdo who clearly has a hard-on for me.  You enjoy poking the bear and purposely antagonizing me, hoping I respond so you can swat me.


You ask for me people to be civil and you're behavior is anything but civil towards me.
