Win some, lose some. Interesting to me the Chiefs ignored the character concerns surrounding Rice when they took him in the 2nd round last year. They also took Tyreek Hill in the 5th round in 2016 when many thought he'd go undrafted due to character issues.

At least one team, however, has removed him from its draft board because of behavioral issues. “He’s talented, but not a good dude,” one personnel director said.  |
