I like me a Populist vs Nationalist dogma. But Biden is hitting on too much with that plan imo...Be better off focusing on lesser and most important infrastructure challenges.
That said, I am concerned this country is on the precipice of losing it's Superpower status. Biden and Trump are/were right to be very concerned about China. More now than ever before. And the way to win against them transpires military power alone. Autocracy or Democracy? I worry this country is so divided, so paralyzed in it's division that an Autocracy may truly have the inside track to winning tomorrow.
