end qualified immunity

I dont want to pay for clowns who want to exert force because they were picked on in school.

Make the unions pick up the tab and watch thr clean up take place

Its murder. Plain and simple. Want to churn your stomach a bit? Time how long 9 minutes is. Put a load of laundry in, do up the dishes, feed the dog, take out the trash....and you'll still have 4 minutes left. Chauvin must have felt the life leaving the man with his knee on this throat that long. Had to.

ITs going to come down to what does the jury believe killed George Floyd?

9 minutes with a knee on a neck? Or enough Fentanyl in the system that caused asphyxia and ultimately a heart attack?

This is what the defense is soon to assert...wait for it

First, I support and value the police, fire and health communities. God bless em, especially this year.

That said, the MPD union was headed for years by Bob Kroll who has since resigned. A POS imo and one of the reasons the police force here has a culture that will blow people away once fully exposed.

The other problem? The idiots who run and the power given to the Mpls City Council. Crack-pots and that will change in the next 12 mos.

Sorry for the morning rant today...

well that is how it works,  prosecution presents a narrative and witnesses that will support said narrative,  defense presents a counter scenario and witnesses that not only support that alternate position,  but also can refute the prosecutions positions... and a jury of unqualified civilians get to decide who are the better liars... its not perfect,  but its as close to justice as there likely is in the world,  so get ready for a shit storm.

It'll be interesting when this trial gets resolved.  Even if Chauvin is prosecuted will the charges be enough to keep MSP from burning?  Do you believe the MSP autopsy or the family's autopsy?  Does the drugs in his system rule the day?

Who knows.

I think that's pretty close to spot-on...

And the over/under for him surviving those sentences in prison? Probably similar to Jeffrey Dahmer's.
