I don't know whether or not all the cases are true, but do you seriously think that all of them are lying? There could be multiple things going on here.

my buddy is a pharmacist that won a Viagra clock as part of promotion 20 years ago that actually had a 4 hour timer built into it.  hit the start button when you take the pill,  if its still working when the alarm goes off you better "seek medical attention immediately"  I  have always wondered if thats a real thing (4 hours) or if that was a marketing ploy to convince people those things really work.

Our "adopted" mother is in urology. The amount of gag gifts we've gotten and given over the years from her stash is awesome!!  And yes, the clock you speak of exists.  Its freaking awesome. 

I turned 40 this year.  I got a viagra tie from her.  You cannot tell thats what it is without close inspection.  It otherwise looks like a normal tie.  She gave it as a gag gift.  I'm totally wearing it.

Follow up.  If you're making 100s of millions of dollars and you really need a massage.  Could you not find some qualified dude to do it?  You have millions.  You can buy sex if you're really in a drought.  Why even risk it on some massage therapist? 

Why would any rich dude get in a room with one female for any reason?

You hate to make any judgements until all the facts come out...  but this story is feeling very Darren Sharper-esque.
