Does this mean that they are going after Watson?
it means none of the trade partners have any interest in Mitch being part of a trade package.
I get that. I am just wondering what their play is at qb.
Earlier today I read they are still throwing the bank at Seattle for Mr. Wilson, but they're not biting. Stay strong Seattle.
Ugh. I hope they don't get him.

I'd take Mitch backing up Cousins...
Why?
Because he's an upgrade to Mannion

Exactly.  He would be a huge upgrade to any of the backups the Vikings have which automatically eliminates him from consideration by Spielman.

if Seattle were to trade Wilson the team is finished they know that too.  The fanbase loves Wilson and understands his value.  I think Wilson is trying to light a fire under management to get him some oline help.  He has carried that team for years and is tired of getring sacked.  Now if a team is willing to trade three or more first rounders they might consider it.  But also consider if Seattle trades wilson to any team with just a average to good roster those first rounders will be LATE firsts.  Wilson almost single handedly pulls Seattle into the playoffs every year and they have had some very average  rosters as of late.

This. I don't see Seattle trading Wilson.

I'd hate to be Seattle mgmt. right now.  Your qb goes to the SB and comes away from it thinking if he ran your team then he'd be the goat.  Now you get to deal with that delusional mess.

Pete's been trying to get him to stop running in circles trying to hit homers on every down when short, sure gains are right in front of him.  But Russ goes and ups the ante with a dose of pure crazy.  Fun times.

Mike Zimmer just cracked a bottle of champagne.  Mitch beat his team the last five times he faced them.  Mighty Mitch Trubisky, Viking-Killer, has left the division.

Might just be me, but I think guys like Hicks, Mack, Smith etc might have a wee bit more to do with that.

Watching Mighty Mitch complete throws against us over and over while fans vomited in disbelief... Mitch is Mike's kryptonite lol.

Hicks and Mack could only stand on the sidelines marveling at the performance and wishing they could play the Vikings 16 times a year.
