Spielman has grabbed two players from the same school in past drafts... but never 3.

Just a couple things:

-  I know this is all for fun but if we got a trade up offer it wont be from New Orleans, who had three picks for the entire draft and are about to go on a cap purge

- Vera Tucker wont slip that far, but the combination of him and Meinerz would certainly go a long way in solving the problems on the interior of the offensive line.

-  Twyman is interesting. IMO he's more of a specialist then an every down guy but he could be very good at that specialty as a 3rd down interior rusher.

As of 36 hours ago, I'm pretty  sure SFVikeFan would sign off on  Brady Breeze in the 7th.

Cooling a bit on Nixon. He might be the best pure pass rushing DT in the draft, but I'm hearing that there might be some character issues with him. He was #10 on Kiper's first big board a couple weeks ago, but now he's outside his top 25. Still his #1 DT though, ahead of Barmore. Great value at 60.

Patrick Jones is interesting. Once considered a possible 1st rounder, his get-off is one of the best among the edge rushers. But he didn't look very good in Senior Bowl 1V1s.

If there are character issues for Daviyon then this is the first time I have heard of that. He didnt qualify academically, went the Juco route, and then came back to Iowa. Every time he was interviewed after games he had a giant smile on his face and seemed to be a high energy type of person. Again not saying this isn't true, just saying I have never heard of him having character issues while playing for the hawks.

Wouldn't be surprised if that's all it is. I heard about the academic issue, but things like that tend to get spread around the web as character "whispers," which of course is what i just did.

Right. HOW DARE YOU! I think Daviyon is slipping because the second half of his season wasn't as dominant and he didn't play a whole lot the year before. Should be a solid Second Round pick, IMO

Three from USC could be interesting. That's a good grouping. It will be very interesting to see where some of these prospects actually end up going as several you have seem to be available much latter than I would anticipate.

Yours is more likely. What I was thinking was Tucker, Tufele, and Brown.
