Why not? Some might think a change of scenery will do him good. Not every team can trade up for the limited amount of quality qbs. It's just another way of taking a shot. Jets will probably get calls about Darnold.

Even giving them that (yes I know we don't have one) is to much.  That dude's contract is 2x the monster Kirk's is.  The Eagles are SOOOOO screwed and I love it.  Couldn't happen to a better place save Green Bay and New Orleans.

Of course a team would have to get creative. I could see someone thinking that they could rehab him. Some teams like the potential of someone. Am I saying that it's a good idea? Nah.
