Pretty good top of the WR class this year...

And AT aint getting any younger...

What do the Vikies do if Waddle is sitting there @ 14?

I could easily see that.

I think if any of those SEC WRs are there (Chase, Waddle, or Smith)at #14 we've got some options...

I definitely think that they should be looking at wide receiver and expanding the offense.

I can see Chase going in top 10...But there will be some talent @14 no doubt.

I know the easy answer is trade down and grab a DT or OL instead.

Hey, we just hired a WR coach known for developing talent. Thielen is aging, sure, but should be productive a couple more years. I would think about some talent in the 3rd-5th range for McCardell to mold.

at 14 we need to be looking at a player that has both a high ceiling,  but be able to make an immediate impact to our O or D (QBs excluded of course)  a WR in round 1 would likely be WR3 and in a kubiak type offense WR3 is historically used less than both the TEs and RBs in terms of pass production.  I couldnt get on board with a first round WR,  unless the team was ready to move on from AT and I am quite certain that is no the case.

Tempting, but this looks like a deep class of receivers. Can probably pull a 3rd receiver from the 3rd or 4th round. Really like what I'm seeing from Nico Collins, Shi Smith, Eskridge, Darden...the last three of these would be good return options, too. Don't think KJ Osborn is gonna cut it.

Watching the Chiefs with Hill and Hardman and I'm all for using one of our 5th round picks on guys like Anthony Schwartz or Dynami Brown. Get some next level speed in our WR group....and yes, KJ shouldnt be on the team anymore

Eskridge is really intriguing. As is Shi Smith.

RS drafts for need in the first round and we have greater needs elsewhere, so I doubt WR is in play at 14. Maybe if we trade back.
