OT: So, a couple weeks ago I bought an iPhone 12

First Apple product.

First time I splurged for the latest and greatest phone.

Then I got the Apple Watch.

Then I got some AirPods.

Now I'm shopping for a Mac.

Am I'm hatchtagging?

I've pretty much got everything you just listed. I love the simplicity of the Apple iOS, and having all the items working seamlessly in the Apple ecosystem.

I have an older desktop Mac that's starting to crap out a bit on me, so I'm waiting for the new desktops to come out, the ones with Apple's own chip vs the Intel they have now.

I'm listening to Apple music on the AirPods and it's like I've never heard Candy-O before.

Nothing wrong with liking the apple products.  I started with an old MAC 512 K back in college, we had a Mac lab and they made all students take the course.....

....Then of course my employer used IBM.

My kids have Macs, and love them

Yes, like on the Prudential commercials in an old man way.

Good products!

Same thing happened to me over the holidays, but with Sonos.

I'm right there with you. An Apple guy to the core.

Welcome to the brighter side of life. Been an exclusive Apple user going back to the days of the old 2ci in the early 90s. Now have a Mac workstation, a Macbook Pro and three iPhones. I'd never used an android or a PC in my entire life until about two years ago when my company had the bright idea to put everyone on the same platform. Writing this on a top of the line Dell PC. The difference is astonishing. The way it does everything is just...stupid. I've convinced my new boss to put us back on Macs this spring and I'm hoping to never see a PC again.

I've probably told this story before but it sticks in my brain like a burning spear: 1998, running on the treadmill with my girlfriend, I turn to her and say "hey, now that Steve Jobs is back at Apple, I'm thinking about investing $1,000."

And of course I never did.

I won my $20 inauguration bet with my college buddy and offered he could pay in bitcoin. I begged an pleaded with my wife to let me invest $1000 in the fall of 2011.  I had been following Ron Paul quite heavily.  I looked it up I think I'd have about $1.5M in value right now.  Now honestly I probably would have cleared out my initial investment and let the rest ride but shoulda, coulda woulda.

At least you didn't have $250 million worth of bitcoin on a digital wallet.....can't remember the password.....and you only get 10 tries or its GONE FOREVER. The guy tried 8 times (failed).... :#
