There might be a big take-away from this...

Might wanna check these sack numbers. 62 sacks? That would've been nearly 4 per game. The NFL record is 72 by the Bears in 1984. We actually had 23....
Well, Everson said he did have 39......

So...bad line and all, the offense was a consistent bright spot while defense and ST defecated the bedding?

The Cousins hate club will deny this to their dying, crayon-spewing breaths.
Why are you belittling anyone that has a differing view than you?  I'm not trying to be a jerk, just seriously wondering because I've noticed your posts have had quite a bit of edge lately.
I'm not.

There's rational criticism, reasonable concerns, and then there's the haters who will ignore any tangible, rational point just to insist that's he's somehow the worst player in NFL history.

I didn't make you out to be that sort.

the 1989 Vikings had 71 sacks as a team which was second all time in the history of the league since they started counting sacks as a stat. So I have no idea where the sack numbers you are coming up with are from. They were in the 30s this year best that I can see. The bears are number one at 72 (1984).
