Yep, I said the same thing in another thread. I really hope this isnt one of those games where we either blow it or it's super close until the end. Jags are bad and we are playing like a playoff team right now. Go cover that damn spread
We are? Oh right, we crushed the mighty 4-8 panthers by 1 point on Sunday. Were we a playoff team when we lost to the Cowboys just two weeks ago?

A playoff team cruises past teams with losing records and wins at least half its games against other playoff teams. This team has made people think "playoff team" means struggling to get around .500 with no consistency and hoping to back into the last wildcard spot.

I think you're overrating what a playoff team is. Especially in 2020. Who are the "real" playoff teams in the NFC then? The Packers? Who were beaten by the Vikings and blown out by the Bucs? The Bucs? Who were beaten by the Bears and blown out by the Saints? The Saints? Who were beaten by the Packers and blown out by the Raiders?

This year, more than any other, it comes down to who's healthy.

If you havent noticed, the NFC is extremely unpredictable right now. How we win doesnt matter, but we have won 3/4. The Dallas loss sucks, but we are one game out of the playoffs

Just looked at TV coverage, We have Beth Mowins and Jay Feely, can't recall ever having heard them before.  Any reviews?  Guess we aren't getting the top team, got the feeling this the other end, but I am sure they are all pro's .

I believe he was a kicker, believe your thinking of AJ Feeley.  I was wondering about Mowins, this is her first Viking game she has doing NFL for a couple years, I haven't heard her before.

We better win this F'ing game.  Seems to me like nothing will come easy for this Viking team this year.

RELAAAAX. What could go wrong? ;-)

Seriously though, Vikings are one game from the playoff field, and with the exception of ISJ are almost fully healthy now. And Jacksonville is on the other side of the "tank" scale. They're starting Napolean Dynamite. We're starting the hottest QB in the football right now. Vikings should win this...

(...he says remembering recent late-year must-win games the Vikings shanked)
