He's an excellent LT. Rodgers has benefited from this guy being there for 7 years, as he started as a rookie after an injury to Bryan Bulaga and never looked back.

I'm sure those numbers are inflated a bit with escalators and incentives, but yes, those numbers are real. He's a top 5 LT in the NFL and I'd argue is probably even higher than that. Laremy Tunsil just got paid 22 mil AAV. Bahktiari is better than him. I think Ronnie Stanley (Ravens LT) just got around 20 mil AAV too. It seems to be the going rate for LTs now... I mean D.J. Humphries got 14 million and he's not even an average starter. It'll be interesting to see what the Vikings do with O'Neill.
