sad. Lost both of my parents to cancer, but they had long, happy lives.
43 is just way too young. wish we put in as much effort into preserving and improving life then new and improved ways to take lives. RIP

He cranked out some amazing movies including playing James Brown, Jackie Robinson and Thurgood Marshall in addition to his iconic Marvel character in Black Panther. I can't imagine the physical and mental strength it took.
At the while he was going through it, he was doing things like this: https://twitter.com/LordBalvin/status/12...27874?s=19

He had an amazing career in a very short period of time. When I saw pictures of him over the past year in which he looked so thin, I was hoping he was okay. Or maybe he'd lost so much weight for a role. But he was fighting a private battle. Besides portraying the lives of such influential people as Jackie Robinson, Thurgood Marshall and James Brown, Black Panther was such a meaningful movie for the black community.

Sad. Too young. He paid alot of things forward. Denzel Washington paid for his acting classes when he started out, speaking of paying it forward.
