I wish we had football instead of this to think about this fall...

My concerns over a national crisis on the horizon are still mild, but they're definitely not waning...

I've heard this argument bubbling for weeks, but I've never understood what their point is. The Trump campaign's strategy behind it (to sew the seeds of doubt and the perception of fraud among the cult) is obvious. And I know there are people who still vote in person, because I've seen the lines, but it is a minority, isn't it? I haven't voted in person in, what, 15, 20 years? And suddenly I'm supposed to believe that voting by mail is less safe than voting in person? In a pandemic?

Last two sets of elections we've done mail in...I already have my ballot for this year on it's way. Yes, I have made up my mind lol!

That aside, the #'s for mail in requests this year will dwarf all others. If results are close, we may not be able to get a call on election night - which might be a first for POTUS?

Yeah, this may not end well, why there is any appeal for this s#!tstain of a person I will never know.  Wonder if it's exposure effect, I have heard that associated with cult behavior.  We are already a minority government, thanks to apportionment rule.  More people are represented in the Senate by Dem's than Republicans, last two GOP presidents, that must be the conservative idea of democracy.

You aware that the constitution calls for two senators from each state, right?

Absolutely, but also very aware the framers meant the document to to be dynamic.  Have you ever read the the Federalist Papers, essays by Madison, Hamilton and Jay, very insightful on intent.

The constitution provides effective balance.  More populous states get more seats in the house but equal representation in the senate.  Makes perfect sense.

It was modeled on British Parliament, House of commons and Lords.  Are you a constitutional scholar, where does it outline this effective balance you reference?  I know it's a legal term, not sure where it is in the constitution.

If the election isnt held I’ll be in favor of forcefully removing him from office.
