Gore had a few more life experiences, accomplishments and an education.  Not sure that's a good analogy, I'll put it that in another conservative assertion folder.

I cant read the article without a subscription,  but I have been thinking the same thing with them and many other states and areas that have been hit hard.  I never understood why meat processing facilities didnt go to 1/3 speed or something else to try and spread out their workers (and why werent states on top of these types of facilities from the onset?)  sending covid patients to elderly care facilities?  WTF?  there are plenty of things that should have been done different, but then certain parties would have to agree to what the other sides were saying at the various times and that would have been preposterous,  better to cling to the opposing view than ever admit the other guy might be right on this one.
