Mysterious ‘New Federal State of China’ banners seen on planes over NYC

FOX article: https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/what-is-the-new-federal-state-of-china

The unusual banners flown around New York City behind a formation of planes Wednesday evening that congratulated the “new federal state of China” appear to be tied to an exiled Chinese billionaire who reportedly funds a fake news operation.

...
The amateurish production raised more questions than answers.
Guo and Bannon appeared to be standing on a boat in New York Bay with the Statue of Liberty behind them as Bannon read from a packet of papers.
There's this livestream brought to my attention in the tweets/article...

VIEWER WARNING: The Chinese Gov't is absolutely brutal:

Seems a little wild to me to have a Chinese business guy outside the Statue of Liberty declaring China's independence from the CCP.

1. People spot The New Federal State of China banners flying over Manhattan, and a digital sign.

2. A livestream declares China's Democracy.

3. Steve Bannon appears to be televised on Chinese Media, reading the Chinese Declaration of Independance alongside a very, very happy Chinese businessman.

He says it was drafted by a committee of Chinese citizens, they've been working on it for 6 months.

4. Bannon and Miles Guo appear to be on a Yacht in a separate tweet. The flag on the back of the Yacht appears to be British Hong Kong.

Not exactly something to hoax and joke about? What's going on with this?

Chinese... alt-media (???) 地評線 HorizonPen has a trending video on YouTube that translates (copy/pasted with a plug-in) to:

Quote:[Hundreds of Governments] Yuan Gongyi: The United States is about to recognize Taiwan as an independent country. Hong Kong will only become the next Xinjiang without external help? Xi Jinping's work is just a mess, but no one dares to speak out when the military power is in hand?
The description under the video, 中美關係越趨緊張,雙方會如何出招?, translates to:

Quote:As Sino-US relations become more and more tense, how will the two sides move?
(and no, i don't expect anyone to watch this, just providing the link to the YouTube page)

I want to say this is all "ridiculous" but have come to realize with a little reading and research, that's wildly offensive if the Chinese People are actually standing up for Independence from their brutal government, standing up for the right to Vote...

I'm sitting here wondering, why does it feel so insane to talk about China even having a hope of becoming free?

Steve Bannon?

this is developing around the world
