I could see that but suggesting that perspective wouldn't be well received right now but its either that or he is completely showing his elitist view of himself.

There is a cultural element here...

Our generation (s) have had relatively high tolerance for this. Not to overly generalize, but we've historically tended to lol and move on with our day.  

Speaking to the 20 somethings? Their energy and passion for change (far beyond what we think is change) is where I pin my hopes. 

I think there's a young and dumb angle to Fromm's posting to consider in addition to more dark takes on it. Be interesting to see how his team-mates decide to internalize it.
